A native of New Orleans, Sydney has spent years capturing portraits that tell the stories of those rooted here.

With artwork shown in Indelible Imprint (2024), a public art and gallery exhibition in Los Angeles, CA, The New Orleans Photo Alliance Human Experience (2024) Group Show, the Ashe Cultural Center Art of the Black Experience (2021), (and a piece purchased for the City of New Orleans’ permanent collection), digital work featured in Essence Magazine, and published poetry work, Sydney believes deeply in the power of telling our stories through art.

Brandon Floyd is a multi-talented artist, born in Mississippi and working in Louisiana. With a deep passion for storytelling in the world of imagery, Brandon specializes in a wide range of creative pursuits. His expertise includes portrait, documentary, commercial, and editorial photography.

Preferring to identify himself as a visual storyteller rather than simply a photographer , Floyd views storytelling as a fundamental element in capturing the beauty and rawness of his subjects. Driven by a desire to capture the essence of his subjects and communicate narratives, Brandon utilizes his artistic vision and technical skills to bring stories to life through visual mediums. His work captures authentic moments, exploring themes of identity, physical space, and raw emotions, providing a window into real-life experiences.

Based in the vibrant city of New Orleans, James Jimmy is a photographer whose work embodies a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and artistic flair. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, James specializes in fashion, lifestyle, and street photography, capturing moments that resonate with a contemporary and artistic edge. His keen sense of color tones and composition sets his work apart, creating visually compelling images that tell a story. Active in the creative community and deeply engaged with his audience, James has built a strong and confident artistic identity that shines through in every shot. His photography not only reflects the essence of his subjects but also leaves a lasting impact on those who view his work.

My name is Carlos Sanchez. I am a creative, conceptual photographer from Jacksonville, Florida. I create to feel something and alternately, for my viewers to feel something emotionally with every piece. With each series I create, I aim to bring my subject’s or my own concepts to life by expanding on an idea and creating and other-worldly psychedelic experience with colors, props and textures.

My greatest joy with creating is taking people’s scrambled ideas and building a concept with them to bring their dreams into this world for all to see. My goal with creating is showing the world all the wonders that can come from a simple idea.

Artist/Athlete

DRAUGHTER is a multifaceted artist based in New Orleans, LA, whose work encompasses modeling, photography, film, poetry, and performance. His photography has been featured in exhibits such as the Ogden Museum of Art's Louisiana Contemporary 2024 and The New Orleans Photo Alliance's The Human Experience. His visual art extends to figure drawing, with work showcased in Carey Lamprecht’s Who They Areexhibit. DRAUGHTER's modeling and photography have appeared in ColorBloc magazine and exhibits across Anchorage, AK, and New Orleans. As a filmmaker, he pushes cinematic boundaries with his poetic short films, including After, Paris Is Burning (2019), which he wrote, produced, and directed.

Beyond his visual art, DRAUGHTER is an actor, having trained under Doug Spearman and Veleka Gray. His stage debut was in the Pulitzer Prize-winning Fat Ham (2022), and he was recently cast as Carlos in the web series Guilty? He has lived in cities such as San Francisco, Paris, and Chicago, and in 2021, he launched The Braid Boy Diaries podcast, exploring Blackness and masculinity through intimate conversations. A trained poet since childhood, his work has been published in The American Poetry Review and recognized by Scholastic Young Arts & Writing. DRAUGHTER’s debut poetry and photography collection was released in June 2024.
